ME

I started Verolution because my passion is to help others. I am professionally trained with the amazing tool of Coaching. I have been certified by CBC (Conscious Business Center) Fred Kofman's program. Fred served as Coach VP for Google and LinkedIn. 

During my certification I acquired the tools to unlearn patterns that were blocking me from growing,. Some example are:

• The "Victim Mental Model", where someone believes everything happens TO them instead of FOR them.

• The "Know It All Mental Model", where one thinks only they have the truth and everyone else is wrong.

• "Instant Satisfaction Vs Long Term Benefit". Which teaches someone to rely on discipline instead of motivation. 

• "Boundary Setting". Saying "no" more often and set boundaries to take care of one's needs first and protect oneself from harmful situations.

• "Awareness, Mindfulness" that physical and mental health are the pillars to a happy life.

During our coaching sessions, I will listen to you and guide you through your own process. I can assess your unique situation, strengths and challenges, I will use my professional tools and expertise to craft strategies and action plans specifically designed for your personal growth. We all have different backgrounds and experiences, goos and bad. We all need different things. I can help you find your own answers and I will share with you the tools you need for an EVOLVED version of yourself.
